What can be returned?

  • Products that are unused and in their original condition.
  • Items that are new, showing no signs of wear, with unblemished packaging.
  • Incorrectly sent products or items that are faulty.

    When do items need to be returned by?
    Products must be returned within 30 days from the date you received them.

    How do I return items?
    To return items, utilize your local post office or freight company. Ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit back to us. Items arriving damaged will not be eligible for an exchange. Don’t forget to include your name along with a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the invoice how you would like us to proceed with the exchange.

    Packing materials?
    All returned items must include the original undamaged packaging materials and retain all tags for us to be able to resell them. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the rejection of your return.

    Will I be charged for returns?
    If the reason for the return is valid, we will cover the cost of returning the item once it has been received and checked by our team. Valid reasons include receiving the wrong clothing, incorrect sizes, or faulty products. We will only cover standard shipping costs; expedited or freight shipping will not be included.

    If you are returning an item due to a change of mind regarding the product or its color, you will need to cover the shipping costs for both sending and receiving items.

    International customers can also return items, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the aforementioned conditions regarding the state of the goods and packaging still apply. Please contact us before sending returns from outside Australia.

    What next?
    After we receive your return, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product or issue store credit that you can use for future purchases. Your return will be processed within two business days upon its arrival back to us.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are exclusively available for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. For all other reasons, returns will be converted into either a replacement item or store credit for your convenience, allowing you to shop our Planett Active range at a later time.
