Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jason@planett.com.
As a respected and law abiding business, we only permit the return of a Brand New Garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. By law, we accept the garments back according to the following three points.
Should a supplied garment be deemed to be faulty. Please note that we will only replace that item for a exact replacement or we will repair it.
Should a supplied garment not be as described on our website, we will only exchange for the correct garment.
Garment must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item.
Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Planett hang tags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If returns do not comply to above conditions listed, we have the right to refuse the return. Any additional freight, customs, duties, taxes etc are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.
Store Credit
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.planett.com Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in the currency of original purchase. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our T&C
International Events and Supply Chain Delays
From time to time, international conflicts, wars, political instability, trade disruptions, or other global events may affect manufacturing, freight, shipping routes, customs processing, or supply chains.
These events are beyond the reasonable control of Planett.com and may result in delays to the production, dispatch, or delivery of orders.
By placing an order with Planett.com, you acknowledge and agree that delays caused by such events may occur and that Planett.com will not be held liable or responsible for any delay in dispatch or delivery arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to international conflicts, war, sanctions, trade restrictions, or disruptions to global logistics networks.
Planett.com will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays and provide updates where possible; however, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed where such external events impact supply chains or shipping services.
