- Customised orders take up to 4-6 weeks, subject to our production times.
- Orders might ship from different warehouses, each with a tracking link and at no extra cost.
- Depending on trade agreements, your order might incur import duties or taxes when shipped from our warehouses in Australia and the USA.
Product In Stock and Back Order
- Our online store is for the most part up to date. While we're usually 99.8% accurate, occasional mistakes can happen, but are resolved promptly.
- You can place back orders for specific ranges and styles. Available items in your order are promptly shipped, while back order ones are sent within 5 weeks at no additional charge.
Order Changes
- Changes are possible within 2 hours of placement; afterwards, dispatch preparation begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Planett.com will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays and provide updates where possible; however, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed where such external events impact supply chains or shipping services.
