Absolutely! Contact your local bike or streetwear shop to see if they have our gear. If not, let us know and we will contact them about becoming a stockist. Alternatively, feel free to buy from our site.
As each garment may have a different size chart, we have placed the size chart relevant to each product on the actual ordering page. Simply go to the product you want to view, scroll down and you will see the appropriate size chart. Simply click on it to enlarge it.
If you are currently wearing a brand of BMX, MTB or MX apparel and you wish to move over to our products, WE HAVE A TRICK to help you get the right size! Simply find the size chart from the other brand. It will be found on their website. Then simply compare that size chart to our size chart. Easy.
Our freight charge for Retail Orders is $9.95 to most countries. Our freight charge for Bulk Wholesale Orders is calculated once the order is received. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Signature required at time of delivery. Taxes and Duties All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout. Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Planett. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Though Planett Pty Ltd is not in any way legally liable for any goods not arriving at any destination on or by a due date, we will make every effort and offer full support to ensure that you get the goods as ordered. Should your order not arrive, please let us know so that we can track and trace the parcel. . For this reason, Planett can not be held responsible for delays in delivery or failure to meet a required timeline. . Planett Pty Ltd is not accountable for refunding or exchanging of goods or money simply due to delayed deliveries as perceived by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to order the required apparel with plenty of time to allow for branding and delivery. Once the customers order has been dispatched and left our factory or that of our suppliers, responsibility of the delivery is handed over to the customer. Once the order leaves our premise, the customer is from that moment forward, deemed to have taken ownership over the items. Though responsibility rests with the receiver, we will assist to sort and correct any issues that may arise. Should the order be shipped direct to the customer, we will make every attempt to sort and correct any errors.

As a respected and law abiding business, we only permit the return of a Brand New Garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. By law, we accept the garments back according to the following three points. Should a supplied garment be deemed to be faulty. Please note that we will only replace that item for a exact replacement or we will repair it. Should a supplied garment not be as described on our website, we will only exchange for the correct garment. Garment must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item. Return Policy Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Planett hang tags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. As we are a custom apparel company, we put our logo on all custom made garments. - For Gloves it will appear on the finger. - For Pants & Shorts it will appear on both legs. - For Jerseys the P will appear on the front neck and the word PLANETT will appear small on the neck band. The prices displayed for custom apparel include these small forms of branding.
